1.1. Automatically Collected Data

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, language preferences, and unique device identifiers (such as Advertising ID).
• Usage Data: In-app interactions, session durations, wallpaper views, downloads, and crash reports. This data is used to improve the application and fix bugs.
• Network Information: Connection type and status to ensure proper wallpaper loading and caching.

1.2. Data You Provide

• Favorite wallpapers you save are stored locally on your device.
• Search queries to find wallpapers are processed to provide relevant results.
• If you contact us, your email address will only be used to respond to you.

The WallX application requests specific permissions to perform its functions. These permissions are only requested when necessary:

• Internet: To download and display wallpapers, show ads, and access analytics services.
• Network State: To check your internet connection status and optimize image loading.
• Set Wallpaper: To set images as your home screen, lock screen, or both.
• Storage (Android 9 and below): To save wallpapers to your device gallery for offline access.

You can disable these permissions at any time from your device settings, but this may cause some features of the application to not work properly.

We use reliable third-party service providers to offer our applications for free and to improve them. These providers have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: For displaying ads. May use device identifiers to serve you relevant ads.
• Unsplash API: For providing high-quality wallpaper images. Images are sourced from Unsplash's collection.

We take industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your favorite wallpapers and preferences are stored locally on your device.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Our applications are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us; we will delete the data immediately.

Depending on your region (Europe/GDPR or California/CCPA), you have the following rights over your data:

• Learn what data is being held.
• Request deletion or correction of data.
• Object to data processing.
• Disable ad personalization from device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

All favorite wallpapers and preferences within the WallX application are stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time from within the application or by clearing the app data from your device settings.

When you uninstall the application, all application data is also deleted from your device.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
