Privacy Policy

We design our applications to collect the minimum amount of data possible. In general, the data we collect includes:

1.1. Automatically Collected Data

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, language preferences, and unique device identifiers (such as Advertising ID).
• Usage Data: In-app interactions, session durations, and crash reports. This data is used to improve the application and fix bugs.

1.2. Data You Provide

• Content you create within the application (notes, drawings, scans, PDF files, etc.) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
• If you contact us, your email address will only be used to respond to you.

The PDF Scanner & OCR application requests specific permissions to perform its functions. These permissions are only requested when necessary:

• Camera: For document scanning, photo capture, and QR code reading features.
• Storage / Gallery: To save, edit, select images from the gallery, or share PDF files.
• Internet: For data synchronization, ad display, analytics services, and in-app purchase transactions.

You can disable these permissions at any time from your device settings, but this may cause some features of the application to not work.

We use reliable third-party service providers to offer our applications for free and to improve them. These providers have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: For displaying ads. May use device identifiers to serve you relevant ads.
• Google Firebase: For collecting analytics data and crash reports (Crashlytics).
• Google ML Kit: Works on-device for optical character recognition (OCR) and document scanning features.

We take industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All documents you scan with QuickScan AI are stored locally on your device and encrypted.

We never sell your personal data (if any) to third parties.

However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Our applications are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us; we will delete the data immediately.

Depending on your region (Europe/GDPR or California/CCPA), you have the following rights over your data:

• Learn what data is being held.
• Request deletion or correction of data.
• Object to data processing.
• Disable ad personalization from device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

All documents and PDF files you create within the QuickScan AI application are stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time from the application or your device's file manager.

When you uninstall the application, all application data is also deleted from your device.
